Copy the Podcast feed URL (the RSS button link) into your podcast viewer. (In iTunes, click the advanced menu item and then select subscribe to podcast. A form will come up in which to paste the URL).

The feeds can also be read by an RSS reader. Follow the same procedure. Internet Explorer (vesion 7 and later) and Firefox (version 2 and later) browsers will list the contents as an RSS feed and allow you to subscribe to the feed (click on the RSS button).
